Regarding the graphic and gruesome, hole/bullet entry wound in Tony's stomach we were all privy to seeing in "Join The Club", im kind of guessing that the title of the forthcoming episode 4 "The Fleshy Part of the Thigh", considering that the majority of episode titles to date are a snap-shot of a piece of dialogue from that episode (albeit often with a significant double-meaning in the grander scheme of things..) that "Fleshy Part of The Thigh" may involve something a doctors says, perhaps to Carmela, in explaining that a skin and/or flesh graft will be taken from 'the fleshy part of Tony's thigh' to repair the gaping void in his stomach.
Im confident that I will be totally wrong (!) yet just wished to throw this one into the ring so I can feel all proud of myself if it does prove to be true! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/wink.gif ALT=";)">

Actually, I was thinking the same thing. In fact, my first thought when I saw that gaping wound in Tony's stomach was "skin graft!"
