Okay i'll bite since its your first post!

From HBO.com Mobspeak:
Stugots:from stu cazzo or u' cazzu, the testicles. Tony Soprano's boat is The Stugots.

Alternative interps:

STUGOTS- MULTIPLE MEANINGS (stu.gatz):
1)ballz
2)asshole
3)forget about it
4)bullshit

-in italian american culture, the term stugots is used to explain many things and situations:

balls...

guy1:marone cant believe tony whacked joey...
guy2: i know the mans got major stugots to pull that shit

asshole...

guy: that guys a fuckin stugots...

forget about it...

hes just a dumb cafone...stugots

bullshit...

can you believe that finook! STUGOTS!

Stugots :

stugots is from "(qu)esto cozzo" in Italian, meaning "this cock" or "this dick". Often used in reference to someone being an asshole.

“Vito was forty minutes late to our meeting... stugots”.

I've always looked at the name of the boat to follow the "this cock" translation.

This makes his gaudy boat another over compensation of fragile masculinity.

When used, the phrase drawls attention to the speaker's masculinity to dismiss the target's views as less than. "I'll give you 5%" "5%? Stuggots!" "It's not like you are walking away with 'uggots" interestingly the second draws to mind the idea of "just your cock" and "yours" isn't as good as mine.

Either way, Tony naming his boat (the place he goes for infidelity) "this cock" or "my cock" suggests that Tony needs to own a giant boat to prove his manhood.
