Near the end of the episode at the party at Tony's house he says to Chris "It's a beautiful day, what could be bad?". The scene immediately cuts to a close up of Livia on the way to the party, being driven by Junior.

Her criticisms and complaining in the episode do a good job toward establishing her personality.
