Did anyone else notice how when Finn was totally freaked out by Vito in the ICU hall, and then when Meadow lead him away and upon realising Finn's discomfort, and realising why, stating:
"Oh that - Dont worry, he is harmless"
Erh, Meadow.....this is the same "harmless" guy who killed your ex.boyfriend with a bullet to the back-of-the head!

There may have been some comic intention from the writers here to allude to <span style="text-decoration:underline">HIS</span>
"busted-balls" he was still suffering from at that point.
I mean "Ball-Breaker" we hear all the time and i wouldnt have really have butt an eyelid but the ball-buster variant stood out at me for this reason - Poor Guy! <img src=
