Exactly!! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/eek.gif ALT=":eek">
But how hard was it to watch that scene, knowing there'd be no snap of Tony grabbing Chris by the throat to remind him how little was "owed" to him. i knew it wasn't going to happen, but i was physically trying to *WILL* it so.
i blinked or something and didn't see the reason Carmella was looking so angrily at Vito & Paulie on the elevator but it was scary, whatever it was.
Good grief, what a show!
And is Bobby turning into Janice???
"i didn't hear from you this morning.." with Sil on a stretcher AND blocking the ambulance with his car?
WOW!
Sil going to the ER in a satin leopard print robe is classic, though. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/roll.gif ALT=":rollin">

42I wouldn't care if the entire crew gets a bullet after tonight. These guys are weak. If Tony doesn't see it himself, who will be able to show him that his crew has no real loyalty??
I have read a few postings that have T flipping, my thought was no way. But after tonight, maybe life with the Feds. isn't such a bad idea for Tony.
Sil, Chris, Paulie, Vito, Bac..Not one single guy stood up. Where's Hesh when you need him?

43I think Carmela realized that she does really love him - she hadn't said it for a long time, but going through all this showed her that the feeling is still there, despite her acknowledgement of what goes on in his business life.
It also showed her the type of people he's surrounded by - that's going to be interesting. She saw the awful looks on the faces of Vito and Paulie when they did the "proper" thing in giving her money. Before, she warned Tony about his underlings always kissing his ass because he's the boss. Now [from the previews] it's sounding as if she's warning Tony about his underlings not being trustworthy despite the fact that he's still the boss. She's becoming more involved in a way - she has to be, since she saw how it could be if Tony dies.
So Meadow really was the guardian angel. That was sweet.

44I don't know. I think Carm realized that, just maybe, she doesn't like him like she thought she did. I think Melfi sort of dragged it out from her.
Like Melfi said, can Carm love him as much when he's awake, and he goes back to being a ruthless killer who puts more than his share of people into their own little comas.

Amen! and now we know that Vito is not REALLY related to Philly by blood...he merely married Phil's cousin.

46Great show -- best of the season to date! Loved the way Paulie's yapping crossed over into Tony's subconcious and into his dream. Funny as hell.
I think Chris still has some issues regarding Tony and Ade. Watching his last scene, I think he was really excited to own this opportunity and eager to include Tony, but you can tell there's some resentment there as well.
I can't stand Vito. Maybe that's the plan, cause nobody's going to miss him when he's gone! Paulie was great, especially when they were taking down that score. Very funny stuff. Silvio was great. Still concerned over Tony, but at the beginning, he was clearly enjoying himself. But then he realized some guys are only cut out for number 2.
Edie Falco was fantastic -- what's she going to do to top herself the rest of the season? It can't get any better for her. Even Jamie was tolerable.
One disappointment though, and I think I'm in the minority on this one. I thought the scene with Tony B and the house was a little too pedestrian. I expected better from Chase after all the symbolism and hidden meanings in the dreams. This was too over the top for me.

47I disagree Chrisishot1 the Tony B scene was awesome and fitting even in death he is guiding Tony's subconcience just like he did in life, but Tony fought it this time. I loved this episode and speaking of Tony B I can't wait in 2 weeks we get to see the episode that Steve B directed should be another great one.

48I just thought it's been done before in many a movie -- someone from the dead ready to guide the patient to his final destination, and the patient can faintly hear the cries of the living calling him back...not up to the rest of the scenes in both this and the second episode.
Love Buscemi, but just out of place in this episode. I'm looking forward to the episode he directs; I know it can't be a classic like Pine Barrens, but it should be a good one.

49Amazing episode.
Very emotional at times and very funny.
Loved the whole scene w/ Tony B and Tony. My sister and I were almost crying and tearing up when the kids voices was coming out of the woods saying "Come back Daddy." Very good scene....
Loved Walnuts sending Tony into tacchycardia with his bitching and crossing over to his coma state. Very brilliant writing and thought out scene.
Loved Chris and Bobby interrogating AJ about the gun.
Bobby started freaking out a bit on Sil...that was great.
Loved the whole Vito rubbing on Finn.
Vito/ Paulie storyline was great.
Loved classic Christopher and his movie stuff. That scene with all the mobsters was great. Reminded me of the time they had an intervention when Chris had to go to rehab with all of them weighing in.
Such a great episode. Im sure I am missing tons.

50Did anyone else think that Vito might get caught in a homosexual sex act in the men's room?
