Just a thought..if the beacon represented Heaven in Tony's coma state, and he sees the beacon on the Earth in his waking hours (albeit while high) could it signify that the "I get it!" means that Tony's "Heaven" is on Earth in the here and now, and that he is going to do what he wants in the here and now because he knows it is not going to get any better in the afterlife?
