Ha! I hadn't thought about it but maybe those panic attacks were keeping him humble. Without the threat of a panic attack, Tony has become more balls-y-er than ever and way too high strung.

I miss episodes like "college," when we didn't have to worry about the end of the show. This episode didn't have any murder, which is a first for this season.

Huh? No murder? Isn't that the episode where Tony finds that no matter where he goes, his business goes with him?

That was a murder. Maybe you are thinking of another episode? There was one called University. I don't recall if there were any murders in that one or not. Oh wait. Oops. That was the one with Tracee the dancer. There was definitely a murder in that episode - and it was a very grizly, gruesome and grotesque murder at that!

When Tony came over to Hesh's house right after her
sudden demise with all the cash he owed him in a paper
bag, Tony was cold, abrupt, almost evil, as though Hesh
got what he deserved by asking Tony for the money in the

But it seems very unlikely that she was killed by Tony or any of his guys.

My reason for saying so is that if she was killed, the method used to kill her was extremely sophisticated - like CIA sophisticated. The LCN doesn't kill like that. They usually use a gun or some kind of violence.

If Renata was killed, she was killed with some super-secret poison or something. That's just not Tony's style.

I would say the probability that Tony killed her or had her killed was about the same as one chance in a googol. Remember AJ's SAT tutor who asked him the question about a googol of zeros? A googol is a "one" followed by one hundred zeros - IOW it is ten to the power 100.

By the way, a "googol", which is a number is very different from "Google", which is the Internet search site.

I think HBO said she died of a stroke on its Sopranos website.

Why would they have her killed? It doesn't make sense. Tony whacks Renata to get back at Hesh because he owes Hesh money, then repays Hesh the money because Renata is dead?
