Isabella

I know that Melfi does alot to explain the meaning of the dream or fantasy Tony has of Isabella. But it still baffles me to this day, was she REAL or not? What do you think and what is your proof one way or another..

Unless I've forgotten something, Isabella was pretty much explained as a hallucination with quite a bit of certainty. Cusamano said he never had her stay there and didin't know who she was, Carmela never had the conversation w/ Tony about her. Finally Tony admits to Melfi the dream at which she cuts his dosage. Again, unless i've forgotten something, by the end of the episode there's no question that she didn't exist.

Isabella was a hallucination caused by the Lithium Tony was taking.

After he tells Melfi about these hallucinations, Tony is told to "discontinue the Lithium"; to which he replies "I already flushed it down the toilet."
