Okay, I just checked the rankings I set up (purely arbitrarily) and here they are:

1-74 posts: civilian

75-149 posts: associate

150+ posts: soldier

The above are all automatic rankings that occur when the various post totals are reached. Capo ranks are assigned manually, regardless of # of posts, and the recipients get moderator powers.

IIRC, capos -- who are actually moderators -- are appointed only, but you get to be an honorary capo down the line if you have a certain number of posts. The number escapes me. But at the rate you're going, you should get there pretty quickly.
