2Well, I'm glad to see the big guy awake again, but there's certainly a whole lot to chew on from this episode.
I'm looking forward to another great dream discussion.
When Carmela broke down into her pillow after tearing AJ apart, that really choked me up, even more so than her bedside scenes in episode 2.

5Well whoever said the beacon represented heaven in last weeks thread looks like they were right.
My first thoughts;
Who was the woman at the door to the party (heaven)?? WAS THAT LIVIA???????
What was with Vito and finn. Did he think he was in the clear since he presumably thought Tony was a goner for sure?
Previews looked like the Big guy is back I CANT WAIT!

6besides the paulie awaking him and him not getting anything at all part i wasnt so impressed.
did i get it right, that he was still totally in the other world and didnt recognize anybody at all?if so, they put him in a chair, even with that hole, before they test his reactions or anything?no docs there to check his eye reflexes like the asian doc did before in this episode or anything at all?
was way from tv for a sec, so maybe i missed it.

7Another fantastic episode. This is going to be the finest season. I adored the Melfi/Carmela scenes and the continuation of the coma alt-reality. Big groundwork laid for lots of intriguing mob stuff as well.
What an absolutely AWESOME work of art this show is!

8Yes, I think the figure in the door was Livia. Reminded me of the dark woman in one of Tony's other dreams - when he comes to the house to do work and sees her coming down the stairs.
And great to see Buscemi there too.
Sure seems that Vito and Paulie are a little disappointed that Tony made it, especially Vito.
And what about Sil? A guess we now know he is not "boss" material as he himself suggested.

9Hrurusch:
I think you missed some things. Tony asked Carmela if he was dead, indicating that he did not believe himself to be completely in the other world.
Also, Carmela told someone that he had successfully passed his first simple mental acuity test (or something like that). They definitely checked him out.

The neurologist came in and Carmela said Tony passed the first wave of testing (she told that to Vito and Paulie when they came to deliver the money).
