Does anyone think that Carmela speaking at the beginning of this trailer is speaking as part of a eulogy? I never picked up on this before but in what other context could she be reflecting upon big T in such a way? This scares me a bit.

2Perish the thought JohnnySac! But I've got to admit...it never occurred to me before your post.

Re: Carmela Speaking at a Funeral?
3I highly doubt it. First of all, she drops an S-bomb. Secondly, I doubt she would get that candid about the way Tony made a living during his eulogy.

Re: Carmela Speaking at a Funeral?
4I think i saw it mentioned somewhere here that that 'speech' was Carmela talking to Melfi in therapy - I guess time will tell.
Had also never entertained the Funeral Eulogy idea, yet Carmela's apparent formality in her speech could i guess, suggest some kind of public speaking, perhaps a vigil type moment? Who knows? - will be interesting to discover what this one indeed turns out to be

5Interesting theory. But honestly I'm assuming she's talking to Melfi.

6I listened to it again. Too candid for a funeral. Sounds more like when she talks to Melfi. How she states a fact, then justifies it.

7Another thing I picked up from the preview upon 101th viewing is AJ running out of that room. To me that looks like he is running out of a mental hospital... definitely where Junior now resides. Maybe he puts a bullet in his f'n mummy head after all.

That's the freeze-frame shot of AJ running out of what people are thinking/assuming is a nut house. Look at the guy to his left (our right). He looks nutty, with his shirt tied in a bunch (much like the girls I went to elementary school did). I think it can be safe to assume, AJ tries to kill Jun' somehow. Maybe with a pillow like Ton' and Livia...imagine the irony?

Re: Carmela Speaking at a Funeral?
9Yeah, that's definately not a funeral speech.
The only thing I can say, seeing that trailer again, is that there is no possible way that Tony doesn't come out of this coma alive and, pretty much, well.
Unless he's going to have him play like the "Ghost" character in The 6th Sense from here on out, he's in far too many real-life scenes.
I'd say the fact that he's actually in Purgatory now, as opposed to an actual dream, makes it even more certain that he is coming back. Those scenes, with Tony, can't happen in a "real" Purgatory, since he's with people that are alive and well.
