He looked extremely senile and weak in this episode. I was actually surprised about seeing him so old.

The more obvious question should be "What will happen to Uncle Junior?"
Think about it, he is a major liability now, he is in a decreased mental state and could possibly spill the beans on something to the feds. Will he need to be taken care of before he accidently brings down the entire family?
Despite everything that has happened, I honestly believe he and Tony have a great deal of admiration, affection and a Love/Hate relationship with each other.

14Who was he trying to convince when he ran upstairs and hid in the closet? The audience? That scene, among many others, make no sense if he is faking. He is litgitamately having demensia.
