I don't think she was saying she is sick and she is evil. I think she was mocking Tony B, saying she was tired of hearing him complain about how he is sick and he is evil. Remember right before she said this she was saying she was tired of hearing about his headaches.

12It's interesting to read these posts, a year and a half down the line. On the "Sentimental Education" commentary with Director Peter Bogdanovich, even <span style="text-decoration:underline">he</span> notes the oddness of the line, but then mentions that David Chase himself wrote that line. So obviously, it wasn't just some throwaway, and you guys caught up on it back in the day, so to speak.
Me personally? With David Chase always talking about the show being about "people who've made a deal with the devil," I think one could possibly make the case that this is one of characters who is making that change, and this particular person, because of their particular obsession with religion (recalling the fetus line), realizes it. Once Tony B. re-enters the family, we don't see her again, do we? Maybe she got out in time.
