The Rat Pack shows up a lot in The Sopranos....Season 2 opens with, Frank Sinatra-It Was A Very Good Year...In Season 4, Episode 1, Tony is watching a movie with Dean Martin in it, where he sings "My Rifle, My Pony, and Me"...This song is played at the end of and epside where Tony is sitting in the barn in the rain...Season 4...Episode "Whitecaps", Tony blasts The Rat Pack off his boat....also in Seasons 2 & 3 Frank Sinatra Jr. is at a executive card game...they call him chairboy of the board instead of his fathers name, Chairman

I hear also that theres a picture on the wall of the back room in the bing, of a guys police mugshot. Appartly its a shot of a young Frank Sinatra when he got arreseted for something, i cant remember what now. I read it somewhere, some fan site. Any one else here that?

The mugshot of the a young Frank Sinatra is indeed in the back room of the Bada Bing and is highly visible in the season 4 episode where Paulie kills Min and brings Tony his Tribute.<img src= ALT=":evil">

Not only do they play the Rat Pack a lot, they also play Andrea Bocelli's Con Te Partiro(time to say goodbye) in a few of the episodes also.
