Three Amigos...?

At the end when TONY beats CHRIs up after he admist to snorting, the 3 Amigos was on TV. Where was the 3rd amigo in the scence(only TONY and CHRIs were in the room)..?

I think the Three Amigos scene Chris was watching was a call-back to Pine Barrens. Chris says "it's some funny shit" humorlessly, like he's reminiscing about the "innocent" good old times when he had funny escapades with his mobster buddies. These times are over as of LTP.
