Rewatching the whole series, and this show stands out for its incredible acting from everyone in the show. Beginning to finish. A good example of the Sopranos universe is encapsulated in this show, similar to the episode "college". Amazing acting from edie falco, whose performances often go unnoticed because she's so good she convinces you she IS Carmela. I think Chase taking on the Italian cultural stigmata of Race in this context is super poignant and his subtextual commentary is pure genius. Artie Buco scenes are classic too.
You know, Vito called me “skip” the other day. Slip of the tongue, no doubt. But I noticed he didn’t correct himself.
