One moment spouting high-minded, condescending talk about her family and life (or throwing a napkin at a singing Unlcle June), the next defending them to Fin or whomever; one moment eschewing mafia associations in her dating/peer groups, the next back in and dating Jackie Jr,/Pat.
I've noticed this about Meadow too. Like her mother, Meadow complains and condems "the life" at every opportunity, but she never fails to take advantage of it when it suits her. It just goes to show that the apple never falls far from the tree.
